It’s true! Feel free to contact any of our previous contacts and ask them yourself. We’re very interested in building long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with our clients than making a quick buck. We don’t look for customer loyalty, we look to be loyal to our customers (ask them!) or for a quick forray, read specific quotes from our clients.
How often will we be involved in the project?
After you sign a sales contract, will you SEE the web team again?
Some of our clients who have had previous ‘bad experiences’ have complained about having to deal with web developers over the phone and via email only. This is ridiculous. Without face to face communication, proper communication is often impossible.
As stated above, we know you are not in business FOR your website, that’s our job. That’s why our conversations are in plainly stated English, no techno-jargon unless you WANT techno-jargon. Oh, and we’re fans of drawing diagrams on napkins to make ourselves clear.

For large projects that have a deliverable that is more than 3 weeks out, the Remarkable Team utilizes online project management and collaboration software from Trello. Every member of your team can login and check current project status, so there’s never any doubt.
